One negative aspect mentioned by a guest was the issue of their IDs being taken and not returned upon check-in. This caused them a great deal of inconvenience and even led to a problematic situation at the border.

The room at Vista Square was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, great to have a great night's sleep. The staff, especially the friendly and helpful Kenyan representative, were very good too ensure our stay was enjoyable. We were delighted with the level of service provided. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as low water pressure in the shower, we still found the overall experience to be satisfactory. we would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The room is surprisingly clean, even for a hotel in the Naif area. Akhlaq and the staff are professional and accommodating. Convenient location near the metro station.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ifti, Trever, and the lady manager of housekeeping. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The dedicated WiFi for each room was a great convenience, and the location was ideal for exploring different cuisines and experiencing a lively atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Abdul Walid and Akhlaq, were super friendly and always ready to help. The room was very clean and well-equipped with towels, shampoo, toothbrush, and other amenities. We loved the hot water in the shower and appreciated the free tea, coffee, and water in the room. The comfortable table and multiple charging sockets were a plus. The big size bed ensured a comfortable sleep. The location was convenient with many supermarkets nearby, and the hotel was close to the Binyas Square metro station.

Located close to the metro station. Friendly staff, Iftikhar and Abdul. Clean and quiet room with working AC and fridge. Disinfectant sheets, covers, pillows, and towels. Quick WiFi connectivity.
